White's Site Development is seeking experienced Concrete Foremen specializing in flatwork and curb construction. This role requires dependability, leadership, and the ability to manage crews working on a variety of projects, from sidewalks and driveways to large-scale commercial and infrastructure developments.

Qualifications:

Concrete experience is required – must have prior experience in concrete flatwork, curbs, and related tasks.
Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation to and from job sites.
Ability to follow Foreman instructions and meet daily project expectations.
Adherence to dress code and PPE requirements at all times.
Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset to ensure high-quality project completion.
Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Compliance with our Drug-Free Workplace policy.

Schedule & Compensation:

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, typically 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (occasional weekends as needed).
Wages: Competitive pay, based on experience..
